Expedia Partner Services Group (PSG) is responsible for marketing Expedia.com services to lodging partners worldwide. We worked with their internal marketing team to create a cohesive, documented system for creating branded collateral for all of their global divisions.
Expedia PSG sought to improve the branded presentation of their marketing materials by bringing more control and consistency to their brand in response to a highly competitive travel and leisure market with diverse and aggressive competitors.
Pivot + Levy conducted a brand audit to asses the state of the Expedia PSG brand and produced a brand standards document that brought a very diverse range of materials under one consistent umbrella. Based on this system, we then created a wide range of marketing pieces including collateral, trade show and event signage and booths, and consulting on user interfaces for the online tools Expedia PSG provides for their hotel partners.
